Skyview Robotics Kicks Off 2026 Season
Skyview Robotics teams Stormbots 2811 and Stormbreakers 9567 competed at the FIRST Robotics District Competition at the Oregon State Fairgrounds on March 6 & 7 — the first event of the 2026 season. Both teams took away great experience from this event and will be applying it to future competitions!
Team 2811 Results:
Team 2811 finished qualifications ranked 24th with a 9-9 record, got picked for Alliance 3, and fought all the way to the final match before getting eliminated. They also took home the District Event Finalist Award and the Gracious Professionalism Award.
Team 9567 Results:
Team 9567 went 6-6 and ranked 17th in qualifications. They weren't selected for an Alliance, but earned 13 qualifying points. Congratulations to everyone from the drivers to the students cheering in the stands. Your hard work in this first competition does not go unnoticed.
